Podcast: Pegasus spyware and iPhone security

Amnesty International’s Security Lab revealed a handful of iPhones, owned by journalists and human rights activists mostly, were infected along with Pegasus spyware successfully. While the most iPhones users aren’t affected, the spyware, developed by NSO Group, was entirely on newer iPhone models built with the most recent iOS update even. Apple bills the iPhone as the utmost secure consumer cellular item on the market, which means this wave of malware raises security concerns.
