New IRAP full assessment report can be acquired on AWS Artifact for Australian customers now
We have been excited to announce a new Information Safety Registered Assessors Plan (IRAP) report is currently on AWS Artifact , following a successful full assessment completed in December 2021 by an unbiased ASD (Australian Signals Directorate) qualified IRAP assessor .
The brand new IRAP report includes reassessment of the prevailing 111 services which already are in scope for IRAP, and also the 14 additional services the following, and the brand new Melbourne region. For the entire set of in-scope services, start to see the AWS Services within Scope web page on the IRAP tab. All solutions in scope can be found in the Asia Pacific (Sydney) Region.
The IRAP assessment report is created relative to the Australian Cyber Protection Centre (ACSC) Cloud Security Assistance and their Anatomy of the Cloud Authorisation< and Assessment;/the> framework, which addresses assistance within the Australian Government Details Security Manual (ISM), the Attorney-General’s Department Protective Safety Policy Framework (PSPF), and the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) Protected Cloud Strategy.
The IRAP has been developed by us documentation pack on AWS Artifact, which include the AWS Consumer Guideline and the whitepaper Reference Architectures for ISM PROTECTED Workloads within the AWS Cloud, that was created to assist Australian government agencies and their partners program, architect, and danger assess workloads predicated on AWS Cloud providers.
