About our CISO Advisor group

I lead Cisco’s worldwide CISO Advisors team, several security leaders focused on financing our experience to all or any different types of organizations around the world.

The Alliance discusses their work with regards to a “long game”, engaging higher college and school students, and a “brief game”, mentoring career professionals and supporting career transitions.  They execute a congrats of leveraging their CISO local community and sharing quite happy with the security neighborhood and other educators to ensure skills match needs.

The Alliance offers a great platform for senior professionals also, those from competing companies even, to come quickly to solve this issue that affects most of us together.  Using this method, functioning shoulder to shoulder on a standard problem, it generates meaningful and lasting human relationships in our midst as individuals so when representatives of our respective businesses.

I actually couldn’t agree more with this particular method.  While there are many, necessary businesses and applications that exist to aid security certifications and education, we need to do more to create excitement concerning this career industry and what it involves.  And we must make certain we stay involved we have them hooked once, as they say.  With 3 million jobs unfilled, we can’t just relax and hope that competent candidates emerge from universities and industry schools properly.

How we’re working jointly
