The nonprofit /dev/colour, a business of Black software program engineers, is seeking applicants because of its 2021 A* Program, a year-lengthy leadership development plan for those wanting to be tech market leaders. /dev/colour cites the program’s curated development, peer-to-peer exchange design and usage of resources made to promote professional growth.“Members established ambitious career goals they track via a profession roadmap and have the assistance of fellow people (insights, networks, accountability, viewpoint) to attain them. The program works well because the entire neighborhood is committed to the collective success and improvement of most members,” in accordance with Alex Okafor, the organization’s communications and marketing manager.
